All copyrights, trademarks, character names, series names, and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of third-party anime characters, brands, or copyrighted works.

The App may offer in-app purchases, premium content, collection access, or subscriptions through Google Play Billing. Prices, billing periods, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment methods are handled by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and policies.
Premium access is provided after a valid purchase is verified. If a purchase cannot be verified, is refunded, is canceled, expires, or is found to be fraudulent, premium access may be removed. We may change, add, or remove premium features from time to time.
The App may let you save favorite wallpapers and create shareable favorite collection links. If you choose to share a link, people with that link may be able to view the shared collection. You are responsible for choosing what you share and with whom.
The App may offer notifications and automatic wallpaper-changing features. These features may require device permissions and may be disabled in the App or Android settings. You are responsible for configuring these features according to your preferences.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Androholic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, device functionality, or other losses arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App or account-based features if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the App, created risk for other users, infringed rights, or used the App in a way that may harm us, third parties, or the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario, Canada, unless local consumer laws require otherwise. Some users may have mandatory rights under local laws that cannot be limited by these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
